Kevin, supported by his wife Stacy, is blessed with two children and four grandchildren. His main focus as an elder is to foster a warm, faith-centered atmosphere centered on God and family.

Phil has been an elder since 2003. He and his wife Becky have a son and a daughter and four grandchildren. Phil’s prayer for our church is that we reach even more with the gospel and that “we preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace”.

Kip’s goal as an elder is to show the community that a follower of Christ can find peace in a changing world, while remaining true to God’s unchanging word.

Mark served as a Shepherd from 2003 to 2019 and returned to this role in the spring of 2024. He and his wife, Jan, are blessed with two sons, a daughter, and four grandchildren. Mark’s prayer for Red Bank is that we grow spiritually in our service to the Lord and become a congregation known for our love and care for all its members.

Tommy Stone has been serving on the ministry staff at Red Bank since 1993. The years spent at Red Bank have been a blessing to Tommy and his family. As the Preaching Minister, Tommy is motivated by God's love and grace that is demonstrated through Jesus Christ! This love drives him to study and share the Scriptures with others while also reaching out in love to the community.

Serving as the Discipleship Minister at Red Bank, Steve Lusk is passionate about making disciples that make disciples, and equipping and encouraging others to make disciples also. Having been associated with Red Bank since 1981, Steve is deeply rooted in this community. His dream for Red Bank is that they will continue to be the light and salt in this area and around the world.

Serving as the youth minister at Red Bank, Blake has the honor of being able to share life with our awesome teens and witness the start of their Christian journey. His goal is to help provide a space where our teens can come to be encouraged by one another and be equipped to navigate the world around them. He loves the Red Bank church and the passion that lives in each member that causes them to reach out to the world.

Serving as the Red Bank Iglesia de Cristo minister since 2025, Roberto brings a wealth of knowledge from his years of faithful service and has previously served in this role years ago. Roberto's goal is outreach to the Hispanic community in the Red Bank area and provide spiritual guidance to all those in need.

Serving as the Children's Director since 2012, Denise is passionate about the Biblical education each child obtains at Red Bank as they will have the opportunity to study through the entire Bible three times before middle school. With a B.A. from Lipscomb University, Denise is equipped with the ability to provide Red Bank's Children Ministry with curriculum that provides children with knowledge of God and his great love for us.
